Processors and connected accounts
The website uses Lovable Cloud for enquiry storage, Lovable AI Gateway for transcription and AI answers, and external search, postcode and weather services for relevant requests. The complete processor list and hosting region require review before launch. This sales website does not connect to your business accounts.
Retention and voice recordings
The demonstration does not save job or expense records or audio in this application. Provider-side retention, enquiry retention periods and the production app’s voice policy require confirmation; no deletion timetable is promised in this draft.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You may request access, correction or deletion and raise questions about processing by email. The reviewed policy must identify the controller, lawful bases, retention schedule, international transfers and applicable rights. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
